Participant Outcomes
Upon receiving all services within the 12 week period the program participant will be considered an Alumnus of the F.I.V.E. Career Readiness Training Program. After the following 12 month period of social work services and job placement/employment retention services, the program participant will be considered separated from the F.I.V.E. Career Readiness Training Program and will no longer receive programming services delivered by the program. A successful participant outcome is described as follows: Successful enrollment in to the Substance Use Counseling Group, accurate and effective assessment of participants’ current situation and identification of all barriers to program completion, successful adjustment to and transition into the F.I.V.E. Career Readiness Training Program, satisfactory completion of all training courses and obtainment of all certifications offered by F.I.V.E. Career Readiness Training Program, simultaneous sustained participant attendance throughout both the Substance Use Counseling Group and the F.I.V.E. Career Readiness Training Program, successful completion of internship accumulating the requisite 40 hours, successful attachment to employment, successfully maintain employment for a period of 6 months to a year, successful reattachment to employment if separated from employer during 12 month timeframe immediately following program completion and graduation, successful or maintained removal of barriers that challenge program completion or mitigation of said barriers.
PROGRAMMING OUTCOMES
Successful programming outcomes are as follows: successful enrollment of 10-15 Substance Use Counseling Group participants into F.I.V.E. Career Readiness Training Program once every 12 weeks per calendar year, successful assessment and identification, and removal or mitigation of participant barriers that challenge program completion, successful delivery of industry specific certification training to 100% of program participants, certification obtainment by 100% of program participants, successful program completion and graduation of 100% of program participants, satisfactory attendance of 12 week program by 100% of program participants, successful payment of programming stipend to 100% program participants, successful payment of internship stipend to 100% of program participants, 100% program participant employment connection immediately following graduation, program participant employment retention rate (# of program participants connected to employment after 6 months and 12 months), successful or maintained removal of barriers that challenge program completion or mitigation of said barriers.
